The Challenge
Many people are under a load of stress without even realizing it. Allegations, comments, disagreements, conflicts and many other predicaments we experience in our daily lives can be the cause for stress. Feeling stressed out is something most people encounter in life.
Aim of the Project
Stress doesn’t spontaneously come into existence by itself. For stress to emerge, the person has to be influenced by variations and what is happening in their daily life and environment.
I developed this training to provide an insight into stress which is the biggest threat to mental health in our time. Also, the training includes various methods that are helpful to use during stressful moments.
Design Specifications

I used a case study to help learners to understand how they can manage stress in different situations. The case study includes three different scenarios for different situations. Each scenario contains stressful situations, and we try to learn from the learners what they do when they encounter them. Also, I used positive and negative feedback to guide learners according to their answers.

I added directory messages at the end of each section. These messages help learners to sum up the current section and be prepared for the next section.

There are several strategies while adding quiz to a learning content. We can use pre-post tests (the pretest questions can be same or similar with the posttest question) or questions can be added to the content throughout the course.
In this project, I added a quiz section at the end of the course. The goal of the quiz section is to help learners to demonstrate their knowledge about stress management.
